Experience
Derick has represented Banking Institutions in commercial disputes. He has also advised on land disputes, family law and intellectual property rights. His areas of interest include Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance, Debt Recovery, Criminal law, Family Law and Administration of Estates, Consumer Protection, Labor & Employment Law, Land Transactions & Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Technology Practice.
Outside of legal practice, Derick enjoys reading, sports coaching & exercising; networking and relationship building.
