Charles is an Advocate of the High Court and all subordinate courts.
Member of East African Law Society and Uganda Law Society
Experience
Prior to founding Muhumuza – Kiiza Advocates, Charles started his legal career with M/S Sebalu & Lule Advocates and Legal consultants (S&L Advocates) where he progressed through various ranks until the level of Associate..
Over the years, he has come to be distinguished in the areas of Real Estate; specifically, land conveyancing, leases, condominium property transactions, as well as pre-transactional due diligence.
He also has expertise in the Oil and Gas sector in matters related to legal compliance, project activities and implementation.
Charles further has experience in Banking and Finance including specialized advisory and mergers & acquisitions.
Outside of legal practice, Charles is a farmer , an avid reader and publisher with a special interest in entrepreneurship. He is the Founder and Publisher of the leading entrepreneurship magazine in Uganda; the Business Owner Magazine
