Josephine is an advocate of the High Court and all subordinate courts.

Member of East African Law Society and Uganda Law Society

Experience

Josephine has advised on aspects of Family Law practice, structuring and negotiating contracts. She has handled matters regarding Probate and letters of administration as well as estate planning. She has also advised on resettlement of project affected persons and legal compliance in the oil and gas sector. Her areas of interest include Business and Commercial Law, Land Conveyancing, Family Law, NGO and Trusts Registration, Succession Law and Oil and Gas Law.

Outside of legal practice, Josephine enjoys Volunteering, Community engagements and Art.
